Hi all.

We have had a few users report issues with logging in to the website. This can be for a couple of reasons which are easily fixable.

The main issue is that when we migrated the site, we could not migrate the password data. So everyone is required to do a password reset to access their old accounts.

We are not 100% sure how it happens, but in some cases users have reported a 'double user' message which prevents them from logging in. It seems that somehow a new user is being created with the same email which causes the system to have a bit of a dummy-spit.

We can easily resolve this, if you let us know. Just flick us an email to members@cyclekarts.org.au and we can remove the duplicate user from the system and reset your password for you

Just a heads up and further to the info above. We are working on getting the Facebook login back up and running. The integration is set up and has been tested, we are just waiting for Facebook to grant us access to the app again as permission lapsed due to the site migration.

(Give it a go, it may work)

I'll post back here when we've received confirmation.
