Started mocking up the suspension today. Yes, I know its upside down but I am just testing everything for sizing, width etc.

I have these solid 50mmdia x 30mm discs for the front, they will get recessed into the end of the chassis for a nice round look, and will also support the end of the spring. I haven't cut the shape in yet as I don't want...

I made up these 50x10 SHS pieces for the end of the springs to slide in.

  • I'm using a 75 x 25 section for the chassis. I have tapered the front. I haven't welded it yet as I may change my mind on the angle. Doing it all in stainless so for.

Cut up the frame and laid it out on the fabrication table. I'm happy with the dimensions.

  • Pinky replied to a discussion, What does everyone think of these
A lot of the guys in France and UK use these wheels. I believe there may be a 4 stud hub from an ATV that will bolt up.
