Hi all. I'm really enjoying the Facebook stuff and the Cyclekarts websites. I have a motor and am looking for a decent welder, if you have any recommendations? Still not sure I am going to go through with this, as what do I do with it once I've built it? There doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in Melbourne and I would really like to talk to...

Still not sure I am going to go through with this, as what do I do with it once I've built it? There doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in Melbourne and I would really like to talk to people who are in the throws of building or showing. Still thinking, but very keen. Regards Woody.

Not sure why, we were discussing that over on the FB page. It was originally $250 or $240 if you are an eBay plus member. I think perhaps the vendor ran out of stock so just put a ridiculous price in rather than take the advert down.

Fortunately someone found a link to another eBay listing for a more reasonable price -  https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/153972166482 This one is actually cheaper. at $215 if you are an eBay plus member.

Both of these listings feature an electric start. If you are not to fussed to have an electric start you can find listings that just have the pull start and are a little cheaper. But to be honest, it's worthwhile paying the extra few dollars, as to purchase the electric start upgrade is $130 by itself and you have to swap the flywheel to fit it.
