Elderly gentleman built to look like a Bugatti
Never been used
New 6.5hp engine
Key start
Looking it over it would need some better engineering in the front - king pins see pics
Needs better steering wheel
One leather strap on bonnet is too short but another is included
Numbers are just decals
Never been used since build
